If you are a first time participant, please register online. A reservation is required for your first class. Once you have registerd, we will then be in touch via email regarding where to meet and park. New students must arrive 10 minutes prior to your first class.
Following your first visit, please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class. This will give you time to change, set aside belongings and stretch for a few minutes before class. Due to Rose Bowl security, we have an assistant coach at the gate until five minutes after the start of class. If you arrive after this time, you will not be able to participate in the workout.
Tell your instructor about any injuries or limitations that might affect your participation.
Do not bring personal music devices for use during the workout.
Be considerate of your fellow stair climbers by staying to one side when going up or down the stairs.
Avoid strong smelling perfumes or lotions.
Avoid working out on a full stomach. We recommend eating your last meal or snack 2-3 hours prior to class.
Come to class well hydrated.
Bring water and a towel, otherwise, we have everything else you'll need.
