At Stadium Fitness, we believe everyone is an athlete.
While a big part of our program can be found on the stadium stairs, we also have the great privilege to exercise on the sacred field of America's stadium and cross train in the Rose Bowl's state of the art 5000 sq.ft. locker room where you choose the weight you want to use for resistance.
Sets are measured by time instead of reps so you decide how hard you want to push yourself while moving at your own pace.
