The Stadium Fitness program is fun for all ages and fitness levels. Whether you want to run to the top of the stadium stairs, sprint across the field, or jog at a leisurely pace, Stadium Fitness will customize a workout specifically for you.

At Stadium Fitness , we circuit train in the Rose Bowl's new state of the art 5000 sq.ft. locker room where you choose the weight you want to use for resistance. Sets are measured by time instead of reps so you decide how hard you want to push yourself.
